As we approach our annual AGM, we reflect on the incredible work our committee has accomplished over the past year. With dedicated members like Chairperson Len Altman, Secretary and Treasurer Amanda Vernik, and committee members Kelly Sharrad, Michael Keough, Sarah Chinner, Luke McKay, Anna Petts, Alan Collins, and Bronte Nichols , we've made significant strides in advancing our mission.
However, to continue our success, we need fresh voices and ideas. We're calling on high school teachers, university students studying earth and environmental sciences, university lecturers, and industry professionals in mining, geology, and related fields to join us. Your expertise and passion are vital in shaping the future of our organisation.
Whether you're an educator eager to connect with like-minded peers or a university student seeking practical experience, your contribution can make a difference. Industry members can also play a pivotal role by sharing their insights and helping bridge the gap between education and the workforce.
Join us at the AGM to learn more about our plans, contribute your ideas, and become part of a vibrant community committed to earth and environmental sciences. Together, we can achieve even more in the coming year.
