About the event
Geoscience Pathways Project PD Stage 1 Earth and Environmental Science Itinerary - Thursday 16th January
9:00am – meet at Willunga Star of Greece Memorial Stone car park (google maps will direct you) to walk down as a group to Willunga Caves (field component of Fossil Identification Summative Assessment).
10:30am – meet at Hallet Cove conservation park (southern end car park next to Boatshed Café) for tour around geological features of Hallet Cove (formative field trip).
12:00pm – lunch at Boatshed Café
2:00pm – meet at carpark just north of Tjilbruke Springs (google will direct you) to visit monument and listen to dreamtime story about groundwater significance to first nations people.
